D12 PTO Board
Karen Giannoulis
President
This is Karen's 3rd year as PTO President. Karen grew up in Roselle and moved back in 2020 with her husband, James, and daughter, Alayna who is now in 4th grade at SHS. Karen is an Operations Director for the Archdiocese of Chicago. Within the community Karen coaches gymnastics and soccer. She enjoys traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. Karen is grateful for her fellow board members and is looking forward to meeting more of the D12 families!
Vickie Kopulos
Vice President
This will be Vickie's 13th year involved with the PTO and third year on the board as Vice President. Vickie and her husband Brian moved to Roselle from South Elgin in 2005. They have a daughter, Alexandra, who graduated from Lake Park High School last year, and John in 6th grade at RMS. Vickie enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family. Vickie is looking forward to working with this year's board and the many families of D12.
Michelle Henkelman
Treasurer
This will be Michelle's second year on the PTO Board and she is excited to get to work with this awesome group! Michelle moved to Roselle around nine years ago and has enjoyed getting to know the area. She have 3 kids all at SHS this year - Ben will be starting 4th grade while Hannah and Madison will be going into 2nd grade. Michelle can't wait to get to meet and work with new and old friends this year!
Gina Vescovi
Secretary
This will be Gina's fourth year as Secretary on the PTO Board. Gina and her husband Tony moved to Roselle around sixteen years ago from the Joliet area. Gina and Tony have a son in 6th grade. She enjoys walking her dog, riding her bike, and organizing. Gina is excited to meet more District 12 parents at PTO events this year!
